Ethiopia Djimma 5 comes from the historic coffee-growing landscapes of western Ethiopia, in the famed Djimma region โ€” part of the birthplace of coffee itself. Here, smallholder farms cultivate indigenous heirloom varieties at high altitudes, preserving tradition and biodiversity in every bean.

Harvested between October and January and naturally processed with care, Djimma 5 embodies the regionโ€™s classic character: earthy, deep, and subtly complex.
