Fazenda Sรฃo Francisco is a family-run farm in Guaranรฉsia, Minas Gerais, led by agronomist Guy Carvalho. A long-time advocate for specialty coffee in Brazil, he helped shape the countryโ€™s quality movement with a simple belief: coffee should work with nature, not against it.

The farm integrates native trees and biodiversity into its production system, creating balance rather than monoculture. Sustainability here isnโ€™t a slogan โ€” itโ€™s part of how the land is managed, year after year.

Grown between 1000 and 1080 meters, the coffee develops slowly under stable climatic conditions. The result is a cup that reflects both place and process: structured, sweet, and composed.
