Order cancellations (one-time purchases)

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

· If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll cancel and refund it.

· If the order has already shipped, it can’t be cancelled, but you may still be able to use the 14-day withdrawal right (see Refund Policy) if the product remains unopened and eligible.

Subscription cancellations (Coffee-aaS)

Subscriptions are designed to be flexible. You can:

· cancel at any time

· pause or skip shipments

· change frequency or coffee selection

To avoid the next charge/shipment, changes must be made before the billing cutoff (we recommend 48 hours before the next scheduled renewal/shipping window, which is a common standard for subscriptions).

If a renewal has already been processed, that shipment will go out as planned and the subscription will end afterward.
