At Heart of Coffee, continuity matters. We return to La Esperanza not for repetition, but for evolution trusting the same farm and process while embracing the character of each new harvest.

Colombia Sweet Valley comes from La Esperanza, one of the emblematic farms of Café Granja in Trujillo. A family estate rooted in both tradition and innovation, La Esperanza balances hospitality and precision, with its cupping room overlooking the mountains and its carefully managed processing facilities at the heart of the farm.

This field blend brings together Caturra, Castillo and Colombia varietals, expressing the farm’s dedication to varietal character and structured fermentation. Only the ripest cherries are selected and floated for density before undergoing a 72-hour open-air fermentation designed to unlock aromatic depth. The coffee is then gently dried in controlled mechanical silos and stabilised under carefully monitored conditions to preserve clarity and vibrancy.

In the cup, the 2025 harvest reveals a new expression: delicate rose aromatics meet tropical jackfruit sweetness, layered with blueberry brightness and raspberry jam depth. Elegant, fruit-driven, and precise a modern Colombian shaped by craft, continuity, and seasonal nuance.
