Tasting Collections

Coffee reveals itself through comparison. Tasting collections make it easier to understand how different coffees express themselves depending on where they are grown, the altitude at which they mature, or the way they are processed after harvest.

We have taken an Alpine inspiration in naming our collections simply because our roastery sits in the French Alps. Living in the mountains naturally shapes how we think about exploration: trails, climbs, summits, and the occasional expedition. Each collection invites you to explore coffee the same way step by step, cup by cup discovering how origin, altitude, and craft shape flavour.
