Right of withdrawal (EU)
For most online purchases in the EU, consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw (change their mind) without needing to justify the decision.
Important note for coffee
Coffee is a food product. Unopened, sealed products can be returned under the withdrawal right. Opened products generally cannot be returned for hygiene/food safety reasons.

Items must be returned unused and unopened (where applicable) Please protect products in transit (we recommend reusing the original packaging) Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are paid by the customer
