Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
· your order number
· a photo (if damaged)
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate

Right of withdrawal (EU)

For most online purchases in the EU, consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw (change their mind) without needing to justify the decision.

Important note for coffee

Coffee is a food product. Unopened, sealed products can be returned under the withdrawal right. Opened products generally cannot be returned for hygiene/food safety reasons.

Return conditions

Items must be returned unused and unopened (where applicable)
Please protect products in transit (we recommend reusing the original packaging)
Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are paid by the customer

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method. Under EU rules, refunds are typically issued within 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal, and may be withheld until the goods are received (or proof of return is provided).
