We don’t believe coffee is sustainable by default, and we don’t pretend to have solved that.
For us, sustainability is a long-term direction, not a label. It starts at harvest and continues all the way to the cup, guided by decisions that reduce harm, accept limits, and still make sense years from now.
We take responsibility for our own work first: the tools we choose, the processes we design, and the way we operate day to day. We favour durability over convenience. Alongside this, we build partnerships with intention, working with people who value continuity and transparency.
We also stay open to questioning coffee itself. We explore alternatives, from traditional substitutes to new plant-based approaches. Sustainability, for us, is a direction we commit to following carefully, honestly, and over time.
