Processing & Shipping
We roast and pack orders in small batches. Most orders are processed within 1–2 days During launches or peak periods, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping & tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link (when available). Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. As a reference, we main to s to ship very close to roasting ( as most speciality coffee roasters do), often within 48 hours after roast so you can enjoy the fresh coffee.

· France: 1–3 business days
· EU: 2–7 business days
