Description
Las Moritas is part of a family story that began in 1988, when Don Higinio and Doรฑa Aura purchased their first small plot of land in San Antonio La Paz. What started with less than a hectare has grown into a collection of parcels spread across hills, planes, and mountain slopes, each with its own soil and character.
Today, Las Moritas combines old Bourbon varieties and newer plantings in a landscape shaped by careful renovation and irrigation systems designed to adapt to a dry climate. The Pacamara selection reflects this balance between tradition and precision.
Grown until 1800 meters and processed using the washed method, this coffee expresses altitude and structure with clarity.
In the cup, it is vibrant and layered: bright grapefruit and raspberry meet dark chocolate depth, finishing with subtle wine-like complexity. A structured Guatemalan coffee that feels both expressive and composed.
