Description
Fazenda São Francisco is a family-run farm in Guaranésia, Minas Gerais, led by agronomist Guy Carvalho. A long-time advocate for specialty coffee in Brazil, he helped shape the country’s quality movement with a simple belief: coffee should work with nature, not against it.
The farm integrates native trees and biodiversity into its production system, creating balance rather than monoculture. Sustainability here isn’t a slogan — it’s part of how the land is managed, year after year.
Grown between 1000 and 1080 meters, the coffee develops slowly under stable climatic conditions. The result is a cup that reflects both place and process: structured, sweet, and composed.
This is Brazilian coffee at its best — dependable without being dull, balanced without being flat. A coffee designed to fit into everyday life while still carrying quiet depth.
